Simulation Medical Future

Home / Academy

The device does not teach.
The curriculum does.

A simulator without a curriculum is an expensive monitor. That is why we deliver the second part too — courses, train-the-trainer sessions and links to the certification pathways your society already recognises.

What we offer

Four things — and not one
of them is a diploma.

We are not an academic institution and we do not issue certificates. What we do is prepare your people and your programme so that the recognised examination can be passed.

Course at your site

Simulator training at your hospital, with your residents and your instructor. The device travels — the people do not.

Train the trainer

The goal is for your centre to run independently. Your instructors deliver the courses; we prepare them for that.

Programme design

A course structured by competency levels, not hours of attendance — with a clear criterion for when each level has been reached.

Examination preparation

Targeted preparation for DASS and other recognised formats, using the device’s objective metrics as feedback.

Where the training leads

Eight recognised pathways —
and not one of them
was invented by us.

The value of a course is measured by where it leads. Here is where the platforms lead and since when.

ALL

The mobile unit

The device travels.
The people stay.

Sending four residents to a course abroad costs more than one day with the device in your own facility — and pulls four people out of the schedule. That is why we bring the platform to you.

One day, your facility, your instructor, your people at the instruments. After that you know whether the device is for you — and no one has travelled in vain.

01

Demonstration

Half a day to see and try the device.

02

Workshop day

A full day with the group, working real cases.

03

Course

Several days, with an assessment of the level reached at the end.

Which format is appropriate depends on the number of participants and whether the purchase decision has already been made. This is agreed in advance.

How the course is structured

By level,
not by hours.

Attendance is not an achievement. That is why every level has a criterion, not a duration — and progression happens when the criterion is met.

Results are read in VirtaMed Connect: learning curve for each participant, comparison within the group and export for accreditation documentation.

One day with the device,
before you decide.

The mobile unit comes to you — and your people work on it, they do not watch.
