The numbers are taken from the Mentice module and case review, 2024 edition. All modules except Echo Trainer run on the VIST G5, G7 and G7+ hardware.

The figure 232 is the manufacturer's. We verified it: the sum of the seven areas from its own data gives 231. The difference is one case and is unexplained in the source — we have asked Mentice. Until then both figures appear here.

What others cannot do
Bifurcation requires
two hands and two devices.
In bifurcation stenting, balloon-assisted coiling or the buddy wire technique two devices work simultaneously in the vessel. VIST® G7+ drives them in parallel — up to five at once — using Mentice's patented technology.

Where minutes are brain
Thrombectomy in
ischaemic stroke.
Nine cases for thrombectomy alone, plus six for the full intervention in acute ischaemic stroke and twenty-two for the carotid vessels.

- Direct aspiration and ADAPT technique
- Deployment, positioning and safe retrieval of a stent retriever

All cases have step-by-step guidance. The accompanying iPad application lets the course director trigger a complication in real time.
Aortic interventions
EVAR and TEVAR —
sixteen cases.
Ten cases for endovascular repair of the abdominal aorta and six for the thoracic. Endograft positioning, sizing and deployment — in anatomies that do not forgive mistakes.

VIST® Case-It
The specific patient's anatomy is imported and assembled on a template to a complete anatomy — for rehearsal before the intervention itself.

Virtual Patient Link
The simulation runs directly through the angiography equipment — with the real console and the real monitor in the suite.

Transoesophageal echocardiography for the structural modules; Echo Trainer is the only module with separate hardware.

Documentation is also available in Bulgarian.
The product sheets, the module and case review, and the CE certificate for VIST® G7 exist in a Bulgarian version — translated as part of a procedure before the Ministry of Health. We supply them when preparing a technical specification.
If you need a comparison with the requirements of a specific procedure, we carry it out before the proposal — together with the assessment of whether the device actually suits your training programme.
Independent assessment
An endovascular programme depends on case volume and on a team. Before the proposal we clarify whether VIST® G7 is the right step for your hospital — including when the answer is “not yet”.
We bring VIST® G7 to you.
The device travels in two cases. The demonstration takes place in your suite, with your residents at the guidewires.
